Returns

If something is wrong with the delivery you received from us, please contact customer service at customerservice@amberlycosmetics.com and explain what is wrong with your delivery. We will contact you as soon as we have reason, no later than 2 business days. If the product is damaged during transport, we would like you to send us a picture of damaged item in our mail. We will then exchange your item. You must ship the damaged item in return to us. We cover the return freight.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days of cancellation on goods from Amberlycosmetic.com. If you wish to make use of the right of cancellation, the item is returned in full condition, without damage and that it has not been opened. Opened goods are not accepted. In such cases you must cover the cost of the return freight. 

Error with delivery

If an error has occurred with your delivery and the items you have received do not match your order please contact customer service at customerservice@amberlycosmetics.com Of course, we correct the mistakes made by our side.

Not received package

At each order with us, you will receive a tracking number that shows where the package is delivered. If the package has not arrived, please contact customer service at kundeservice@amberly.no We will contact Postnord, we will not find the package sent again.
