Order & Delivery

Amberlycosmetics.com provides free shipping on all orders exceeding EUR90, GBP80 and USD 100. All prices in our webshop includes VAT and custom clearance for all countries we are shipping to.
Shipping cost on orders under EUR 90 is for the time being EUR 13,  under  GBP80 is GBP12 and under USD 100 it is USD 15.
DHL is handling all our shipments and clearance. You will receive a text message or email, when your package is shipped from our warehouse.
Our goal is to ship your package, the very next business day, after we received you order confirmation.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days, and you must pick up your package at the closest DHL service point.
Be kind to enter the correct address when ordering, as it is not possible to change the address at a later notice.

Is there an error in your delivery, please contact customer service within 7 days, and explain what is wrong with the delivery.
We will contact you as soon as we review your complaint, within 3 business days.

Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged during transport, please send us a mail with a picture showing the damage, within 7 days.
To get a new product, you will be obligated to send the damaged item back to us.
Obviously, we will cover the return freight.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days of cancellation on all items from Amberly Cosmetics in accordance with the Copyright Law.
If you wish to make use of the right of cancellation, the item has to be returned in full, unharmed condition, without damage and the product can not have been opened.
Opened goods are not accepted.
We want the management to be as easy as possible for both parties. In case of undisclosed purchase, there are some obligations that must be followed in the provisions of the Copyright Law.
We send out information to all our customers, by email, about the law of cancellation and the right of return for each purchase made by us.
We recommend taking care of the original packaging, if you wish to return the item.

Below you will find some important extracts from the Copyright Law:
• The right of cancellation implies that the customer can bear the costs himself (see section 8 of the Copyright Act, paragraph i). If the consumer has explicitly chosen another type of delivery, this is an expense that is borne by a customer (see section 24 of the Copyright Act
• The right of cancellation means that a message has been given to the seller within 14 days after the delivery has been received. (See Section 21 of the Copyright Act). The consumer shall, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of the right of cancellation, be given, return the goods. (see section 25 of the Civil Aviation Court)
• Right of indemnity entitles traders to charge a customer if the product has a value reduction due to use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, property and / or function of the product. (see section 25 of the Civil Service Tribunal).

Error with delivered goods
If an error has occurred with your delivery, and the items you received do not match your order, please contact customer service.
If we have sent you the wrong product, we will of course, send you the right product.

Not received package
At each order, you receive a tracking number by mail, which shows where the package is at any time.
If the package has not arrived, please contact Customer Service.
We will then contact Postnord. If we do not find the package, we will send new items to you.
